Omg, is it just me or are all the Paper Mario Villains uber 1337? They better make more then!

Ah good old Blumiere, how would I get along without seeing your delightfully sinister smile? Oh apparently Blumiere is Count Bleck's real name, before he got all evil and planned to destroy all worlds.. I won't give any spoilers about him and Tippi, bit it's still awesome...

I don't remember how long the background took to make since I made it a while ago.. But the count was about 2 hours and Tippi didn't even take 20 minutes...

EDIT: Had to fix Tippi... I haven't actually gotten around to playing Super Paper Mario yet, and the videos I watched on youtube didn't give me too good of a shot of Tippi... Luckly my friend came over and played his.. So I got a better look at her..
