Perhaps one of the coolest Mario villain I've ever seen! I love him so much! Also I love the Battle Theme for the last time you fight him.. It's so upliftingly evil! This was about 4 hours of work in Photoshop Elements 3.0.. Almost completely done because I just absolutely love him to pieces..
